Hezhz

As vast as it is old, it stretches between so many biomes, it's truly a wonder we haven't conquered it yet.

This large country of Hezhz has encountered many changes in leadership over the years. between long standing empires to recent unifications, Hezhz has been fought over more than probably any other country. This led to its nickname "Red Hezhz." Temperate forests thrive in the south and jungle forests stretch north to the Strait of Xaohuac.

Four Potentates

Similar to the Four Gerents in Metzono, Hezhz is home to the Four Potentates. These are the superior versions of their kind of panther, wolf, boar, and ape.

Giant Insects

The northern jungles host various insects and some, though either experimentation or magic, have grown to astounding proportion. Ants are the size of toddlers and can cleave a shield in one bite, wasps the size of horses whose stingers can pierce plate, and millipedes as long as an anaconda whose thundering legs topple boulders.
