The Ends
The Ends are a series of archipelagos surrounding a whirlpool at the center of Ustolia. For thousands of years, The Ends were a volitile, uninhabitable smattering of constantly changing landmasses - until an ice age brought about by Rutar, God of Water locked their relative position into place more than 2500 years ago.
Still spinning relentlessly around the whirlpool - The Ends were not formally inhabited by any humanoid race until Wren Maw discovered and documented the Ends roughly 1500 years before the fall. Since then he has become a legend, and The Ends - named after the birds who originally inhabited these archipelagos - have become home to thousands.
