A regular sight within the depths of The Cathedral Catacombs, Samira offers absolution as a service to those in need of forgiveness or liberation. Their religious deliverance work was relegated to the depths of the Catacombs, secret and shrouded to conceal identities. With the changes to the Rookery and the restriction on religion and worship unenforced Samira has become a more common sight and an open ear for many. Taking in the secrets of the city has given Samira both breath and depth of knowledge regarding the city's going-ons. Wisdom they use carefully to provide council, at times even to those high ranking in the Orders. They are well acquainted with leaders in the The Synod, but claim no specific title or rank and their station and affiliation remain a mystery.

General Physical Condition

A strange figure standing about 6ft 3 and swathed in black cloak and fabrics. Some claim to have seen the gleam of eyes amidst the many strips of striped cloth that hide their face and when they speak it is with a feminine tone. However, they maintain their secrecy as strongly as they guard the secrets of those who confide in them, unbiased and open to all.
