Master Bernice Frang-Quaesti
A Master of The Take, she is the Chief Merchant of the Nightdale Holdings, one of the largest investment companies outside of the High Masks. Nightdale have holdings in just about every industry in the city, as well as many colonies and unaffiliated realms.
Bernice Frang is ruthless in her business dealings, but while she have a reputation for playing hard, their haven't been any suggestions of law breaking. Frang is known to have accumulated substantial wealth by war-profiteering on Pulvis, and in real estate dealings in Fate's Bazaar, which she used in part to construct the Memory Parlor and begin the construction of Phoenix Tower.
