Phoenix Tower

The brainchild of Master Bernice Frang-Questi of The Take, Phonix Tower sits on prime real estate in Fate's Bazaar, a confluence of Ley Lines cleared in fighting the fires started by 355. After the recent unrest, The Take forced the sale of the tower to the highest bidder, Grand Chancellor Altus Strati-Lydia.
The ground floor houses firefighters, an insurance company and the offices of Grand Chancellor Altus Strati-Lydia. Upper floors of the tower, still under construction, are planned to include a food hall, and other forms of commerce. A massive carved stone phoenix currently rests at ground level, although it is rumored that this avian sculpture is intended to be raised to the top of the Tower once completed.
Construction efforts have currently stagnated, and unused materials are piled around the base of the tower, under heavy guard.
