One day, they are in the Nest - the next, constructing a small cairn in Queen's Park, only to dismantle and scatter it again once it is finished. Most of the stranger goings-on in the Old Hall are laid at their feet. There may only be one cultist, or there may be hundreds, depending on who you believe. What is certain is that the The Rook Parliament has offered a large bounty for their capture, and yet they are still at large.
The Cult of the Lady believe that the The Shrouded Queen dreamed the multiverse into being, and that the Mælstric Sleepers are her children. Most citizens of Ur doubt their insistence, but would the The Rook Parliament devote so much energy to hunting a phantom? Their leader is a by-word for mystery and the subject of frequent ghost stories. If they do exist, they're certainly searching for the one remaining great-grandchild of the Shrouded Queen. Or bringing Ur back into her dreams, where it belongs. Or searching for the Heartstone Words, which if spoken at the centre of the Maw, will unmake creation. Or quite possibly all of those things.
