The Shrouded Queen rules the city of Ur, or at least it is believed she does.
Her mummified remains sit on the throne under a death shroud, and every day thousands come with petitions. She never speaks, but many later claim their requests were granted.
The Rook Parliament maintains she is not divine, and ruthlessly persecute any cults that spring up in her name.

Physical Description

Apparel & Accessories

She wears a circlet headpiece. Three striking silver bands wrap around, braided from the back. They interweave with each other before separating on either side of the face, each breaking in the front to hold three iconic shapes. Across the top a crescent moon opens downward. Fixed across the forehead are three polished stones in order: enstatite, quartz, and ruby. Finally fixed low just above the bridge of the nose is a bright golden star.
