Healer
Healers are witches who work in the healthcare sector of United Britannia and Hibernia. They are responsible for diagnosing and healing a wide variety of injuries, maladies, and diseases.
Most Healers have Healing Magic as their Born Magic, but some also have Potion Magic as well. (However, all those born with Healing Magic are "forcefully guided" to become Healers.)
Career
Qualifications
Healers are required to graduate from the Academy and Institute with high grades. Healers are then required to mentor with another Healer for their Apprenticeship during their Athenaeum education. Healer Apprenticeships are highly competitive.
Career Progression
After becoming a fully certified Healer, there is really no formal advancements. However, Healers with more experience are obviously given higher esteem, and more patients request to see them.
Payment & Reimbursement
Healers make quite a large sum of money and even new Healers live quite comfortably.
Other Benefits
As mentioned, Healers are held in very high esteem, like doctors are in the human world.

Tools
Healers use both spells and potions to cure their patients; as such, even those with Healing Magic need to have Potion Magic as a strong Practicing Magic as well. Those with strong Healing Magic and weak Potion Magic still work in the healthcare sector, but in other positions.
