The Phervian Library
A small ruined Zigerot that stands just west of Voidcape, the Phervian Library is what's left of a mind flyers stately home. Most of the rooms are either filled with rocks or flooded beyond recognition, the exception being a side hall and the library it connects to.

The serves as the entrance to the library itself via a door on the east wall. Flooded in the southwest corner, with the center dominated by three circler dials. Each dial is numbered in Deep speech from one to four with a rotatable edge. A static small glass cover is situated on each facing the center, and the symbols of a dragon, mage wings, a skull, and a blade. Written on the door is the following riddle in deep speech.'I flew from on high,
to destroy mortal enemy,
with magic,
and with blood'.
The Library
A large circler room filled with bookshelves, covered in old dusty books. Most of these books are fragile due to age, however, boost an impressive amount of knowledge on both magic and the cycle of life and death.
