Eldritch launcher

The heavy defense weaponry of the Dread Wall, most of these powerful weapons have fallen into disrepair with only Serpent Watch's seemingly still active, though others may not have been needed to be used.

lost technology

The majority of their past is unknown, with the Wraiths not willing to share the secrets. What is known about them is they were built at some point in the Forgotten era as a defensive turret and are controlled from a nearby central chair by a soul-sworn and use Shards as a type of power source. While active they launch blasts of pure force at a rate of 100 blasts a minute, with each battery being able to last 12 hours of sustained fire. The majority of this information comes from the Crisis of the Fey age.   Each launcher is a duel cylinder contraption connected at the end to a turntable. A hexagonal slot is at the end of the cylinders just above them, where the shard is placed. Runes are at the base of each cylinder with another on the spin table it is placed. Six of the turrets are placed in a ring with a chair covered in runes in the middle.

Uses

The remnants of these can be found around the Dread Wall, with several still being stationed atop towers. It is unclear how operational the majority of these are, with only Serpent watch's batteries coming to life in the crisis. While it has been reported a number are situated at Wraith Guard, these have never fired leading many to believe that they are in a similar state as most, though this has neither been confirmed nor denied.
