Caligo made the impression of a trustworthy individual with a strong moral compass in a small revolt the first time they met, against a certain noble oppressing the townsfolk of Glypnei. Leon considers Caligo to be responsible and honorable, and frankly probably the only person in the government who 100% knows what he's doing (yes, including his own husband- the guy was a lone wolf for 23 years, he's still got some ropes to learn from Caligo.). As such, Caligo, the most official man in the country, Leon asked to officiate his wedding under the legalities of the new government, and Caligo seemed more than happy to go through with it, as the two being married were both fond colleagues of his.
Nicknames & Petnames
Caligo probably remembers that during the time in which the group first encountered him, the group was going by strange aliases; Noel, Azeer, and the Tooth Fairy. It's probably brought up from time to time.
