Karl

A karl(freeman) is the majority of Svillanders, they are the middle class. Free folk who can own land, build property, and start a family or business. These often included farmers, craftsmen, shepherds, fishermen, and miners.
Karls were free to own Thralls if they could afford them.

Requirements

A Karl is anyone who is free and who isn't a member of the upper ranks like Thegns and Jarls.
