Tydaria
Tydaria is a kingdom located smack dab in the middle of the Tydian map, surrounded by the four lands of Tydas. It is the first settlement ever made, created by the Creators Three in order for the first ever Tydian King, Vaelorn the Founder, to live in and rule. Being the heartbeat of Tydas, Tydaria is the place most people go for safety, structure, and a chance to live in peace.
Rings of Tydaria Kingdom
The royal city is built in three great ring districts, each with its own rhythm of life. Tydaria Castle resides at the top of them all, looking over the kingdom and the far north ahead towards Baromund Forest and Drecuria. The outer ring is full of farms and open land. The middle ring carries shops, homes, and the steady pulse of daily living. The inner ring rises closer to the castle, where nobles, officials, and the crown reside.
Crown: The Crown Ring is the innermost district of Tydaria, located directly outside the Crownwall surrounding Tydaria Castle. As the political and noble heart of the capital, it houses many of the realm’s most influential figures, including members of the High Council, senior officials, military leaders, diplomats, and branches of the extended Elantine family. The ring contains government halls, administrative centers, elite residences, and heavily guarded districts tied to governance and royal operations. Though known for prestige and authority, portions of the Crown Ring also contain tightly monitored underground activity, reflecting both the wealth and darker ambitions that gather closest to the center of power.
Hearth: The Hearth Ring is the middle and most populous ring of Tydaria, located between the Crown Ring and the outer Field Ring. Considered the living heart of the capital, it is home to the majority of Tydaria’s merchants, artisans, tradespeople, healers, scholars, entertainers, and working families. The ring is filled with bustling markets, residential districts, taverns, inns, bathhouses, guildhalls, schools, gardens, and cultural gathering spaces that give the capital much of its warmth and daily life. Though less politically prestigious than the Crown Ring, the Hearth Ring is widely viewed as the social and economic backbone of Tydaria.
