South City

A Human city in the south of the plains of Turien, on the coast of Mermaid Cove. There is much exchange with the Southern Mermaids, with most Mermaid products being sold and traded here. 
This was the childhood hometown of Annabelle James, a student in the The All-Races Classroom.
