The Hashinara Fan Festival

From the eastern shores of Ago to the ports of Osaka and beyond, a charming little demon boy has been pasting flyers everywhere he can announcing one thing: The Hashinara Fan Festival. Apparently taking place somewhere in Sheol, Gehenna, and focused around the exploits of the Cardinal Generals, this event promises tons of merchandise and performances, with special guest Ryūzaki Sanosuke himself! Never mind that Sanosuke never agreed to this, much less heard about it. Nor that Humans generally lack any way to access the depths of hell where this festival is meant to take place. All L.S.N.P.A. seems concerned with is spreading the word as far as possible.
