Ashigaru Tarō (a.k.a. 太郎)
Summary
A lowly ashigaru warrior who once served in the Oda armies. Tarō's largest claim to fame is being involved in an infiltration mission led by Tanefuji Shinryu of the Tea Bucket Men. After the attempt, which involved Tarō posing as a surprisingly lovely young woman to distract some guards, he was granted sanctuary by the Hashinara Clan and now serves as one of their... generals? In truth, his position within the clan is somewhat muddled, but all agree he deserves recognition for his service. Tarō is, like many who end up as ashigaru, a simple man. He has some skill in cooking and other domestic skills, but his main ability is simply to line up and poke a spear at the enemy. If pressed, his friends would call him a nice guy, but not very memorable, and, unlike many generals, he passes through the world without making much of an impression on it. Something about him, however, some unknown quality, causes him to truly shine when he's in disguise. His hobbies are nothing noteworthy, but he does make a point of cooking for himself and a few other ashigaru every night he can.Physical Description
