Priestess Ryūzōji Rokumi (a.k.a. 龍造寺 六三)
Summary:
A Nekomata recently inducted into the Ryūzōji Clan as their high priestess at Iwa-jinja in Harima Province. Ryūzōji Rokumi was once a temple pet, a white-haired cat kept and fed by the onmyōji who lived and studied at Iwa-jinja. On one dark day, her collective masters summoned a shikigami they could not control, and were to a man crushed in a Gashadokuro's jaws. This event spurred Rokumi to become a Yōkai, though unlike most of her type, she seeks not to get revenge upon the villain of her story, but rather to attain mastery over it. She took to studying the arcane, and her naturally inquisitive nature came forward, eventually leading her to the goddess Omoikane, who showed her many secrets through dreams. Now, she fears very little, and consorts with horrible creatures like the Gashadokuro that killed her family on a regular basis. Every new horror is instead a challenge for Rokumi to overcome her fears and master the darkness before her. Her most recent hobby is studying the shadowy creatures that inhabit Himeji Castle, but she also enjoys collecting ritual knives of various shapes, sizes, and cultural significance.
