Summary:
A Bakeneko Yōkai who serves as the Ryūzōji Clan's master of trade, naval forces, and all matters involving the sea. Ryūzōji Chikaie's sweet exterior belies a sharp wit and a scathing sarcasm. She has a low view of most humans, and even some other yōkai, and will often make biting comments anytime she thinks she can get away with it. By her own account, it's simply that she's hard to impress, but others often grow quickly tired of her subtle tirades. Still, her skills as a negotiator are real, and she can sometimes make use of her personality to push things even further in such meetings, making her a key player in many Ryūzōji Clan affairs.
