Summary
A former strategist for the Tachibana Clan with a respectable number of military victories attributable to his strategems. It's said, usually behind his back, that Netabi Shigehisa's tactical genius is only matched by his enormous ego. In truth, it's not as bad as all that, but he is a prideful man. Failure is not acceptable for Shigehisa, and he's willing to go through just about anything he feels necessary to secure victory for him and his own. When he does suffer a defeat, he tends to mope a few days, before coming back at the problem with a renewed vigor. To those who know him well, this resiliency is among his most admirable traits, but from the outside his absolute unwillingness to accept a loss can make him appear arrogant. Less respectable, perhaps, is Shigehisa's fascination with those of the opposite gender. Whenever he isn't working on a stratagem or actively advising the clan leaders, he's looking for someone to warm his bed that night. It's rumored that there isn't a single female general in the Tachibana who hasn't been the subject of his advances, save, of course, for Tachibana Ginchiyo herself. Even a relentless pick up artist like Shigehisa isn't foolish enough to try that, for a variety of reasons.Unique Abilities

That is, when he's not preoccupied by thoughts of the fairer sex. Allies affected by this tactic gain a +20 bonus to Attack against male-presenting and obviously genderless targets, but take a -30 penalty to all attacks made against female-presenting characters.
