Mitake
Blossoming New Development
A town in eastern Ōmi province constructed in the later months of 1559. Mitake began as a simple stage and music festival; a confluence of people all come together to hear the sounds of Parapara Starlight. Somehow, through the band's inspirational melodies and the material skill of that mysterious "Master", Mitake became a full town in its own right with rudimentary infrastructure and a functioning economy. Although still small, it has attracted many young, idealistic types from towns and villages across central Japan. Parapara Starlight's legacy remains as well, with the town having earned itself an early reputation as a hub for music and creativity.
