Manscinium - City

The City of Manscinium is perhaps the most important city in Tsoria. Not only was it the capital of the Manscine Empire for around 800 years but it also sits over a very strategic position both militarily AND economically. Over the years of the Empire it was fortified time and time again, resulting in layers of walls and defenses both against assault from the land and the sea. Currently it hold the Manscine Republic, while little more then a city state the wealth and power of its city projects its power to rival that of many of the surrounding kingdoms and empires.

Government

The City is Run by a Council that sits below the Council of the Republic and focuses on ensuring the continual running of the city. The Cities council has a power of refusal over republic decisions that affect the city but otherwise accepts the republics laws and has little power.
