The Cathedral of The Three

The Cathedral of The Three was built in the second century of the The Manscine Empire's reign and is potentially the largest artificial structure in the entire world, dwarfing many that come close to its scale. It was built to be the seat of power for The Manscine Church and still fulfils this role to this day, surviving the fall of the Empire due to the Church's unique position as effectively a nation of its own. 
The Cathedral is unique as it is triangular in shape, with a single large central altar, the size of a large house, in the center. The Altar is triangular in shape and sits under a dome which itself is the largest dome ever constructed.

Defenses

The Cathedral is itself situated in a city within a city, giving it walls upon walls of defense. The cathedral is also able to withstand a siege and has its own source of water, large food stocks and battlements around its roof to station defenders if it was ever under attack.
