Sindalian Main

The Sindalian Main is a group of 11 systems from Noricum to Janus which can be reached with only a Jump-1 J-drive. This makes them an attractive location for low-TL or low-capability tramp traders. The highest TL in the main is 11 at Tyr (followed by 10 at Acis). The lowest is 1 at Noricum.
The main problem with trade along the main, as in most of the Trojan Reach is the ever present threat of piracy. Tyr System is unfortunately the source of much of this in the main.
The main also lies on an important J-2 route from the Third Imperium to the Florian League, known as the Florian Trail, so is subject to a certain level of patrolling by Imperial Navy ships on pirate supression, operating out of Tobia Subsector.
The Sindalian Main is also sometimes referred to as the Dustbelt, because of its historical role in Dustspice trading.
