Emerald Fenestrae

A dense, large swath of jungle located along the southern aspect of the Greenmount Peninsula , named for the dense verdant canopy, and the light that permeates through the windows in the foliage. Due to its size and density, very little is known about it as a whole, including the only settlement known to exist in its branches, Windbreak Timbers. Certainly, there is no end to the number of plants, insect, and animal species to be discovered, possibly even intelligent and civilized life. A hermit, or naturalist's dream. Of what is known, the diverse plant and animal species have been invaluable to many cultures, religious groups, as well as arcane and alchemic advancements.
