Votarra Breeze is a drink initially created by the Goblin known as
Kash Monet for his restaurant chain Kash 'n Taco.
The Soft Drink
Votarra Breeze is a mix of two flavors, both fruits that are grown in the place of origin, the remote cave known as
Votarra Den. These flavors are Kiwi and Lime, and were chosen because of their taste as well as the colors, which are similar to the colors of Goblins.
In fact, Kash Monet particularly modeled the color of Votarra Breeze after his friend and fellow
Monion:
Roblin "Biggz" Bigeye. He said the color was very distinct and eyecatching, therefore it would be perfect for an addicting drink.

Original Recipe
Addicting, of course, is the key word. Votarra Breeze, in its original recipe, was a rather different drink.
The flavors of Kiwi and Lime were still there, but they included another ingredient in the mix. Kash 'n Taco was a drug front, and therefore it contained drugs. Particularly, cocaine was mixed into the drink.
Kash Monet was not only a businessman, but he was an alchemist.
He knew the perfect recipe to make an addicting drink, hoping to hook people on the drink so they would pay more and more for it and buy more of his drugs as well as his food products at Kash 'n Taco.
The drugs included in Votarra Breeze only increased the addicting nature of them and gave it a kick that differentiated it from other drinks of its kind, though there were truly few drinks of its kind.
Glass Bottles
Votarra Breeze is sold in glass bottles, which are expensive to manufacture. However, if they are cleaned prior and brought to a Kash 'n Taco location, old bottles can be refilled (for the price of a usual Votarra Breeze). The benefit for customers is that they get store credit on their order of other items, but not Votarra Breeze.
Ok, when I said "Kash Monet" out loud, I literally LOL'ed. This is a fun riff on real world beverages!

Definitely very proud of Kash Monet, it really fools you for a second before the joke hits.
