Rage Crystals are a clustered ball of the anger of ones heart, formed through magic to channel rage into power and help to calm the mind of those who use it.

Rage Crystals are pressurized clusters of ones inner emotion. While other feelings can be turned into these crystals, Rage Crystals were the original use for them and were considered a necessity for the very reason that rage is destructive, both towards the self and those around you.
Those who utilize Rage Crystals find that it is the only way to ensure that they do not hurt innocents or anyone they care about. For rage can take control of the heart and mind, removing common sense for revenge or as a form of release.

However, few are aware of the existence of these crystals, and that they are a possible alternative to letting oneself be consumed by rage. Only those that know of and can utilize the technique are able to pass it on.

Power

Rage Crystals absorb strong emotions from both the user and their target. This can help to calm down those who are enraged or going on a rampage.
This is already a useful power, but this emotional energy can then charge magic within the crystal, which can be used for various things.
In battle, the crystal can be exploded or formed into a laser. These are mostly combatative purposes, but can also be turned into everyday uses. Lasers can power machines or provide light and explosions can be used for demolition.
Rage crystals, then, could be utilized by professionals outside of battle.
Its full capabilities are unknown, as so few people are able to use it, but those who can believe it can serve as an energy source for the world, powering things with emotion alone.

Users of Rage Crystals

There are few people who have been able to utilize and master rage crystals, but there are enough that they can be listed out.

• Diqu Zhi- The Verthica Draconian scholar of earth who created the crystals.


• Urokris Erthar- One of the greatest warriors and scholars who suffered a great tragedy and needed to control his rage to move on.


• Oraakil Mardaar- Village Chief of Ilder who had rage from the destruction of his village and death of his mother.


• Hardel Mardaar- Son of Oraakil, carried on the rage of his father but absorbed the knowledge to use the crystals.


• Captain Marnis Goriish- Enemy of Oraakil who was taught by him to use it, ultimately becoming friends and allies after overcoming their rage together.
