Frewn's Brews

A grimy bar in Waterdeep's North Ward.  Owned by Emmek Frewn, the bar competes directly with Trollskull Manor.
Despite the leaky roof, irritable owner, and relatively high prices, Frewn's Brews manages a steady stream of clients.  Despite this, Frewn always appears to be on the edge of financial ruin.

Alterations

Frewn repaired the roof of Frewn's Brews himself, angering the Carpenters', Roofers' and Plaisterers' Guild.  Although Frewn saved some coin, the roof now leaks during heavy rain.

Architecture

The brewhouse is a small tavern, built on the front of a larger warehouse which Frewn has converted into a massive brewhouse.  Frewn brews a heavy ale, influenced by his homeland of Illusk.
