Trollskull Manor

A large manor in Waterdeep, Trollskull Manor was in terrible disrepair when Volothamp Geddarm bought it to investigate rumors of a poltergeist that haunted the abandoned bar on the Manor's first floor. Geddarm eventually gifted the Manor to Bacquerel Curie and Kret Gemhide in payment of a debt. The two owners reopened the Manor with financial backing from Raeneir Neverember. It has since become a semi-popular dive, largely driven by Beq's tendency to offer steep discounts to anyone he meets.

Alterations

The first floor has been recently renovated by Beq and Kret to bring the manor up to code. The building has been repaired to make it habitable, but is still largely run down.

Architecture

Trollskull Manor is a New Orleans style manor house, with a two-tiered balcony running around the outside of the building and a single turret rising up one side. The first floor is a large tavern, and the upper levels are residences. The interior is fairly dimly lit, with the large balcony casting significant shade and preventing natural light from penetrating the Manor for much of the day.
