Blessed Guardsmen

The Blessed Guardsmen is the united military force of the Blessed Shores. It includes the five battalions, each representing its city-state. All the sub-formations are approximately similar in power, however, each features a specific power source as a battle core. The five powers are physical prowess, divine power, arcane magic, connection with nature, and modern technology.
Each of the battalions is quartered on the territories of their respective city-states and maintains order on the entrusted lands. From time to time, from two to five military groups participate in the joint maneuvers to prepare for any potential danger coming from beyond the borders. Such events are not usually joined by the entire personnel to keep enough manpower to attend to the routine tasks.
The Blessed Guardsmen is ruled by the Wisdom Council through the Martial Chamber, which includes the five generals - one of each battalion. Martial Chamber does not necessarily meet in the city-state currently hosting the Wisdom Council meetings - in fact, the generals are very mobile and can meet almost anywhere in the Blessed Shores. Thanks to the interleaving of arcane and technology, the martial leaders have access to the powerful sending stones, allowing - to some extent - communication over significant distances.
Citizens of Blessed Shores report any suspicious activities or just general issues to the members of Blessed Guardsmen, who are then dealing with the problems. Usually, the military personnel can solve the cases by themselves, but sometimes they escalate an issue to the higher-ups. The entire system is surprisingly not corrupted, however local excesses sometimes take place. Probably, the main reason for relatively good behavior in a military formation is the cruel system of punishments for misconduct. Even the slightest violation of the letter and spirit of the Guardsmen Statute can result in a person's expulsion, with more serious cases easily leading to a death sentence.
The Blessed Guardsmen Crest includes the sword to symbolize physical power, angel wings for divine support, tree branches for nature, and magic focus in the middle for the arcane. Both rhomboidal structure at the top and metallic braid around the center symbolise science as an art of changing small parts and combining details together.
