Lord Radovar served as Knight in Rattay while Skalitz was being built and inherited the finished castle and accompanying settlements from his father who was the first owner of these holdings. He is a close friend of Corvo Ryker, who served the Viscount of Talmberg as a Knight - the two having lead the respective armies of the two holdings into battle. This was why he opted to take all of Corvo's younger relatives as Paiges.
