The Grand Revirium of Bendora
The smallest, and newest of the Revirium's, The Grand Revirium of Bendora has become a beacon of hope for the future of education within Gora. Though debated for long stretches of time during the revirium's construction, it became a sign of good faith within the colonized states of Gora due to The Revirium's acceptance of people from outside of the metallic spectrum. Finally allowed education, gifted individuals, and wealthy enough individuals from the few chromatic wealthy have taken this as a sign for better times... times filled with more respect for the chromatics as a whole. Though this is only the first step in a hopefully quick walk.
Purpose / Function
Revirium's in general are for teaching gifted individuals in the arcane to use their abilities for the betterment of Kare'Gora as a whole. Some buy their way in, others are scouted out, but no mater the method of gaining entry to the school, indeviduals are trained in everything arcane, then in a specialty. The Grand Revirium of Bendora however, is one of the only schools that accepts chromatic dragonborn, much to the dismay of metallic nobility and wealthy.
Architecture
Though The Grand Revirium of Bendora has been criticized for its short stature, it has made up the difference in raw weirdness. within a short circular rock wall rests a library and garden co-mingling into one strange and serene landscape. rows and rows of rounded book cases covered in vines and foliage flow with the curve of the outer stone wall. Connecting these outdoor bookshelves, are many arbors that allow vines and other climber plants to create a roof of leafs and flowers above. Strangly enough, water never seams to reach the books, or the bookshelves, it may be the work of some protective enchantment, or some clever design. In garden sections of the exterior, alchemical plants, and spell components are grown, as well as a strange assortment of non-native plants. At the very center of this part garden, part library, stands a building comprised of one short one story building, and two 5 story towers connected to the right and left of the center building. Within the center portion of the building rests a front desk, a study area (encase you don't wish to read outside), and a practice area. in the building to the right rests a very plain room, commonly used by illusionists, and at its center rests a teleportation circle that can bring you to any room in the school with aid, or knowledge of each circle.
