Session One Intro

Welcome to Gora, the year is 2562 ALG (After Lazarus Gate). This Sub-continent has been divided by its unforgiving terrain, and by its many peoples for hundreds of years until fairly recently. To the north the Pinchot Rain Forest blankets the peninsula with thick and twisting jungle. The Black Dragonborn have made these jungles their home using their natural ability to concur its canopy and water ways. To the north west the jungle slowly thins out into the Golden Savannah where the Green Dragonborn have made their villages along the many rivers of this land. At the center of Gora the jungle is cut off by long and tall mountain ranges that stretch for miles and miles in the desserts and badlands. At the base of these mountains and in the desserts the Blue Dragonborn have made their subterranean homes under rock and sand. Further in the south and south east, the White Dragonborn have made the peaks of the mountains their domain. White Dragonborns natural abilities have allowed them to move up and down these mountains freely making them very difficult to get to. Also at these mountains, however at the base of them the Red Dragonborn have made their homes with the dwarfs due to some calamity about 200 years ago. Slowly the Red Dragonborn have been reclaiming their lost lands, but the dwarfs have fully integrated most of the reds into their society.   Hundreds of clans exist in this space, however 187 years ago the continent was fully colonized and divided up by The Gilded Crown as they saw fit. These clans in many locations where shattered and divided by the Karen colonists and the government they brought with them. Now after economic, social, and cultural unrest the Gorans have found common ground and seek independence. After hundreds of minor rebellions, a large scale rebellion is forming in the shadows. But our story starts much smaller and simpler than that. Our story begins in the small trading outpost of Pino.
