The Baleful Knight
General Summary
Returning home from their experiences with the Crystal, The Heroes of Rendshire were surprised to see Chaplain Lee Sparrow battered and bruised, and the grounds of the cemetery disturbed by a mysterious figure. This figure, astride a mount matching the description of the Catoblepas Tilly Yllastin-Daughter had seen, had come for the seed that Copper Alitur and Tilly had discovered. The group contacted Arturo Mikaelian for assistance, and tracked down the perpetrator.
The Baleful Knight was found attempting to plant and grow the seed in the river. A short conversation was cut short when the knight recognised a necklace that was gifted to Corus Tetcheri from Batuga. The party was left on the ropes with both Arturo and Corus injured, but the Baleful Knight withdrew rather than land a killing blow on Corus. An uneasy parting of ways left many questions unanswered.
