Batuga
Batuga, Aka the Witch of the Northwood
Tilly: Batuga is a scary old lady (citation needed) of undefined race. She's clearly very strong but the source and nature of her power is unclear. She does not like singing. She has a good cackle. She lives in the bones of a dragon near the shrine of Kinthrex. It is said she killed the dragon. An order of gnomes is seeking her help as they think the end of the world is coming via the next dragon age.
