Dragons aren't necessarily common in Kauvet, as it's a small-ish swath of land, but they're not uncommon either. All dragons can shift into humans when needed, even chromatic dragons, and their alignments vary from person to person.

Rowan

Featured in Arc 2: The Disappearing Act
Rowan is a red dragon living in Leeside, who once burnt Leeside to a crisp. She's a a fan of journaling and sending letters to her various penpals, including Azriel Presch and other adventurers who came to slay her once. She is being paid off by The Presch Family to keep her in Leeside instead of roaming Kauvet.

Aboleen

Featured in Arc 3: Dragon Counter Courters
Aboleen is a dragon living in Hillside who is engaged to the tiefling Zilfree. They are a known friend of Daffodil.

Aboleen's Mother

Featured in Arc 3: Dragon Counter Courters
Aboleen's Mother is a dragon who visited Hillside to matchmake her already engaged daughter. She has no memories of how to get back to Hillside, thanks to Aboleen's involvement, and it remains uncertain if she has any memories of Aboleen anymore.

Mrargullotrorg

Featured in the backstory to The Foe of Many Faces Returns
Mrargullotrorg is a black dragon said to have stolen the crown jewels from King Amias Lavandin in 147 AL. Failure to capture him resulted in the destruction of the jewels and the town of Glimmerbrook, as well as the temporary poisoning of the Olanot River. He has vowed to destroy Kauvet and his current wheareabouts are unknown.

Em'jaygh

Featured in The Dragon Job
Em'jaygh was a young bronze dragon and the son of the Platinum Dragon, Bahamut. In year 203 of the Age of Dragons, he was killed in a ritual and his essence sacrificed to Tiamat.
