Nausicaä Holmes
Time Shifter Shikaa-Horumerashi OonaPasa (born Sikaa va Sikaa)
Nausicaä Holmes may sometimes be seen dwelling in Ajipassa, a Flow city of Hécathè, the one were most, if not all strangers are quartered when they arrive inside the Parliament. She appears to be a woman in her seventies, but displays the tribal marks and usual garments of the Nyanners. She admits easily to not being a local despite having lived there for a long, long time.
Nausicaä Holmes is known across the Federation as a geograph who traveled the Flow territory of Hécathè far and wide. While many outsiders see her as an expert and expect her to be able to tell all about the Parliament, she confesses without shame that she knows extremely little of the vast majority of the Parliament. She has not visited them, and she does not know them. In fact, she spent decades earning the right to visit what "little" (in her opinion) she could, and of that she wasn't allowed to write all. To earn this, she has visited and described many a territory of the neighbouring Parliaments. She has learned dozens of languages that were never put in scribing, she has crossed over bridges that were built before masonry was created. She has swum, she has walked, she has run, she has dug, she has wizzled, she has even flown.
Nausicaä has survived through centuries, and Nausicaä accepts the awe and expectations of "children" a mere forty who come to Ajipassa and inevitably come to greet her on their way, no matter the actual reason of their visit. She claims to be young, though, and hides behind a mysterious smile when people insist, that there is always older.

Personal history
The little Sikaa was born daughter of Sikaa, in the fortified city of Minas Kariri, on the Dniepr river, north of the Black sea. She was raised to become an artisan, and like all children learned to horse-ride early. Aged 12, she disappeared while bathing in a retired pond. She arrived in Mikhail, the local Standpoint, and was taken in by a local family. After she recovered from the shock, she studied history and geography to be accepted in the local adventuring school, where she thrived for a few years and then became apprentice to a more experienced group. As such, she explored most of the Yamna territories, frequently visited the Botai, and even sailed. She wrote then her first book, before she graduated, and a few more after, working as an adventurer for Mikhail. She remained with her group for eight years. Then, aged 28, she saw a fellow member of the group retire, and realised she aspired for more.
Sikaa excused herself, claiming to retire as well, showing off having to children yet and being the right age, and then flew as soon as she was relieved of duty, landing herself in the next Parliament and running to Flow before her hierarchy realized. Not that the hierarchy actually cared much what the retiree did, but Sikaa was pointlessly afraid of being grounded. After all, she knew better of the Flow than she did her own Standpoint.
From then on, Sikaa travelled far and wide another ten years before daring return to the Stop of time, where she was told her stunt hadn't been taken as an offense but as a very natural exercise of her freedom. Reassured, she kept travelling at greater ease, and resumed writing books.
She made friends with an adventuring Nyanner around this period. She had heard of them as a teenager, but she hadn't paid much attention, too eager to return to the Flow then. Range-Jichikuwaru and her travelled alongside for some time and Sikaa grew fascinated with the writing potential in the Hécathè Parliament. She had learned history for most other periods and places, but the Federation appeared to know little of what was silent in the past. In the mean time, Jichikuwaru become passionned by Sikaa's writing. He knew how little the Federation confessed to know about any and all prehistoric or protohistoric societies and loved the way that Sikaa vulgarised this knowledge.
Gradually, they came to the idea of planning their expeditions specifically to suit Sikaa's writing. Jichikuwaru finished his ongoing mission and then presented the project to his people; they were approved to explore outside of the Hécathè Parliament so long as they did keep publishing and sent to Jichikuwaru's handler specimens. Their work knew a rapid success.
Since then, Sikaa almost dozens of dozens more time, she fell ill, she was wounded, she fell and she was attacked. At some point, Jichiwaru declared himself out of commission. They went both to Ajipassa, where he said his goodbies and returned to his homeland. Sikaa was not allowed to follow so deep in the territory. She was almost sixty then, and she had long since learned to honour and respect the discretion of the people she trode with. Despite her will to tantrum, she bid farewell. She grieved in Ajipassa a few months, then declared the Mothers she was ready to return to her mission if they allowed her to. She spoke the langage with a fluency that showed it'd been her main language for decades, and she had rendered many services to the Parliaments : she was welcomed to, and she was also proposed to wait another year to actually live in Hécathè first and become more acquainted with them. She learned rites, ceremonies, habits, she saw the raising of children. She took a Nyanner name then and listened (several dozens of time each) all of the Nyanner tales.
She left again then with much to think and to brew. She set to work admirably and with passion to map and recount territories that few other writings did. This time, when she had enough materials to wrap up, beta-read and publish, she returned to Ajipassa to see it done, and repeated that cycle a few times.
After many more books, she was offered to become a Trailer, a title analoguous to that of a Rider. She accepted, both grave and eager, and bonded with a horse named Aroden, after the Ardennais breed. Together, they continued the exploration for many more decades, and Aroden often proved to be a fierce protector. Shikaa often says that she is only alive today thanks to him, that he did all the surviving work.
Social
Contacts & Relations
Being born in Flow time, it is inaccurate to say that Shikaa has no living family; but like many born in the Flow, she finds uncomfortable to visit them. She has however bounded with World-Soul Oonna who agreed to give her her new name, and she has many friends and people she calls relatives in Ajipassa.
Hobbies & Pets
Aroden is a monstrosity of a horse, over two meters tall at the shoulders, a ton and a half heavy, shining white. The hint to its abnormal decent becomes evident when crossing Stop of time, where his fur becomes pitch black and his eyes flaming red. For all intends and purposes, in the Flow, he looks like a draft horse, with thick, inhumanely comfy-looking fur patches, and a massively heavy and slow build. Aroden is not a draft horse, though, and when he decides to build up speed, it spawns the question that he may not be a horse at all, at least none that should have lived on Earth. He's leagues taller than any other horse people normally see in their lives.
Aroden is nicknamed "Megafauna" by a good deal of people.
