The Circle's Inheritance Ceremony

The Circle inheritance ceremony is an event taking place in The Circle in Epizonia in which an event is being made of the birthday of Baron Fenrys Artagnan Junior and his Soul Arms manifestation. The hope is that this event will result in The Baron's Diamond being manifested for Fenrys and it will send a clear message to the rest of Thysia that the boy is the solution to The Circle's problems.
The event has been publicised across Thysia and almost all nobles both minor and major have been invited to the spectacle, whilst many more have flooded the ports of Epizonia to see the ceremony... this has sparked concern that Circle lack the funds and means to house this many people and could damage themselves in the process.
