Adhmad Manor
Lady Quellen’s family name Adhmad is one of the oldest in the realm and only her unwillingness to leave Domhain has prevented her from taking a seat at the Lord's Council. Her home is a large grand manor that clearly looks carved from a different time to all the other buildings in the village. A grand house seemingly carved from a single piece of stone with ornate images and stories craftily etched into every inch of the manor. Lady Quellen is a stern but beloved figure in the village and is held in high regard by all that call Domhain home. She has overcome some hurdles in the past which have tested her resolve, only to prove her sore footedness, always choosing to resolve any issues with her force of will and a small dozen or so strong guard known as the Wooded Watch (or the Adhmad Guard). For this reason it was much to the villagers' surprise that she allowed this armed company by the name of Griffin Talon's to occupy the village with such subservance. This has led many to expect foul play in such a sudden and drastic change in the character of the village leader. No one is more aware of the change than Gonad the village administrator. He had the closest relationship with Lady Quellen yet has spoken to her in length or alone since the Zeom Veth, the Captain of the Griffins Talon arrived in town and somehow bewitched the Lady.
Captain Zeom has gone as far as taking up a residence at the Lady Quellen’s home and seems to be running the majority of his operations from her Manor. As time passes Zeom acts more and more as if this was his village and his ancestral home.
Under the main manor lies a series of chambers and catacombs, within which rests the ancestors of Adhmad as well as a prison containing the true Lady Quellen and her remaining followers. There are 6 remaining members of the Wooded Watch in one of the cells with 7 bodies of those who resisted in another cell. Those bodies are starting to smell. Lady Quellen is in a cell with her personal physician (Belenas) and although her captors have moved some actual furniture into the cell, unlike the guards who are surviving in squalor, the Lady’s normal pristine and elegant appearance has started to succumb to her environment. The latest addition to these inmates is Gonad the halfling, who’s still recovering in his own cell from an interrogation at the hands of Sargent Uckums Specialist squad, under the guise of Lieutenant Juban Kelersk. These cells are guarded by three of Uckums men, two stay just inside the cell entrance while the order wanders the outer section. In these manor cellars are a number of interesting rooms, there are the Adhmad catacombs that hold the ancestors of Lady Quellen, including Lord Leteth Adhmad her father and her great aunty Lady Sastra Adhmad. The mausoleum with the name of Lord Antomus Adhmad is empty and leads to a secret tunnel that ends in a secret door disguised as a large boulder. This is one of a number of large rocks that surround the base of the manor, this boulder when pressed in a certain point opens up with a relative level of ease. A DC 20 investigation check, will reveal this entrance. Otherwise Gonad, Niwin and Lady Quellen all know of this location
