Master Percy Mylner

Percy lives in a small two room dwelling on the first floor of the Mylner House. He keeps and maintains the Baron's house while the Baron is away from the city, and cooks, cleans and manages guests and visitors when he stays in the city. He is frequently visited by his youngest daughter and her husband, who runs a wagon freight operation between Mull and Belfrick, and less frequently by his other adult children. He is a quite, attentive man that is an excellent cook. He is utterly dedicated to the Baron, seeing him as a savior for his daughter and a benefactor and protector for himself.

Personal history
Percy married his childhood sweetheart 196 AF when he was 23 years old. He had worked for years to by a small plot of land close to the gatehouse of Mull Castle, and he built a small inn to cater to the castle's guests and visitors. He and his young bride had five children over the course of ten years, but a difficult pregnancy and a brutal birth took the life of his wife in 206 AF. The child survived, though, and Percy named her Lovely. Percy worked day and night to provide for his children, always keeping them fed and clothed, but never gaining any real wealth or position. Then, in the summer of 212 AF, Lovely disappeared. No sign or word of where she had gone was to be had for two weeks, and Percy had begun to despair that she had come to some tragic end. Perhaps she had fallen into the river, or become lost in the fens while looking for turtles.
Then, 20 days into her disappearance, Lovely was found along with 17 other children sealed into wooden crates to be shipped to Colo and sold into slavery by the Baron of Mull, Milo Tabor. The children were discovered and saved by a prosperous local farmer named Hayden Highfield, and it was Hayden himself that delivered Lovely to her father's arms the very next day. Percy wept openly with gratitude for the return of his daughter, and pledged to do anything in his power to help Hayden in the future.
In 221 AF, Percy's small inn, known as the Mylner Inn then, caught fire and was almost entirely destroyed. Lovely was 15 years old then, and the last of her siblings to still live with their father. When she realized her father had lost all his life's work and any livelihood he had with the fire, Lovely went to Hayden and begged him to save her father as he had saved her.
Hayden had been elevated to the nobility and named Baron of Mull that same year, and he bought the remains of the Mylner Inn as his city residence and took on Percy as his steward at the newly named Mylner House.
Social
Family Ties
Percy sees his daughter, Lovely, and her husband at least once a month as they move freight overland from Belfrick to Mull and beyond. He is also visited by his other children, but less frequently.
Wealth & Financial state
Percy draws a generous allowance as the Baron's steward and lives a safe and comfortable life but could not otherwise be considered wealthy. What he doesn't know is that Hayden and his wife have written into their will that upon their death the Mylner House, and all its contents, goes back to Percy and his heirs. Within the House is a lockbox with Percy's name carved into it that contains 350 gold guilders ($140,000) for Percy and his children.
