Additional Information
Social Structure
Not fully understood, but many species of Corvidae do live and move in large groups. Ravens, crows, magpies and Blue Corvids have all demonstrated an ability to work collectively and to assist known or familiar members of their communities, even if those communities include non-Corvid species.
Domestication
Great Ravens are a popular companion and pet, since they are so adept at learning spoken commands and prompts. Exceptional examples can even utilize speech to communicate with Humanoids when the need presents.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Average Intelligence
Remarkably intelligent, with a demonstrated ability to understand and utilize speech. They have accurate memories that they use to recall territory and landforms, faces and events.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Exceptional eyesight. Great Ravens have been known to be able to see a hand motion made in dim light from as far as 300 yards away. They seem to have excellent hearing, as well, with a remarkable ability to recall and associate sounds with places or people.
