Council of Strands
Structure
It is made up of ten representatives, each one from a different magical strand. They are elected by the international organisations associated with the different strands and serve five year terms before the elections. These are staggered so two new members are elected each year on a rolling cycle.
They are expected to be completely independant from the Great Council as their job is to support the interests of their strand rather than the interests of their state.
