Eternal Queen of the Vetus Empire

Countless stories surround the Queen of the Vetus Empire, who led for thousands of years, her life extended by now lost magic the Vetus employed.
Early in her rise to power, she oversaw the construction of the Tower of Aleria, and then over the rest of her reign untold more towers would be built across the continent.
Then of course, her story culminated in the World's Scar, when she lead the Vetus down a path to destruction. As the world was being sundered, humans, now banded together under one banner and led by the legendary King Balaur, invaded Karakse-tal.
It's believed that Aleria herself descended and gave King Balaur a blessed blade with which to confront and finally execute the Eternal Queen.
