The HEX Mainframe infiltrates the Grand Archive of the Hyperion Federation. The HF relies massively on the Archive, and despite it being extremely secure, the HM managed to delete some of the mid layer records while copying that data for themselves. The HM is extremely proficient in computer science, seeing that they are an AI. They took and deleted techprints of Atmospheric Frigate, 'Lepton' Entangled Plasma Cannon, Desolation Plasma Railgun and Lurker - Class Subspatial Starship. Though the HM never managed to understand this technology due to use of Vanadian design principles,
