Suon - Saelian War

Beginning of a war between the United nations of Tebburus and the Saelian Coalition. The UN of Tebburus would be victorious, but with massive costs in deaths and collateral damage. The suons had to organize and cause rebellions within the Coalition to have a chance. After the war, a defensive pact was signed that would turn into the Hyperion Federation.

Suon spies within the Coalition used propaganda to cause more rebellions, while also organising them so that many would happen at the same time. The suons would also rise up on this day. They started to push the Saelians out of their home star system in a war known as the Suon – Saelian Integration War. Although Tankium officers had little experience in space warfare at this point, they could utilise their experience in naval warfare. They used tachyon cannons heavily to gain a lot of attrition, mainly against larger vessels, levelling the playing ground in terms of resources. This doctrine proved sucessful, conquering many worlds, even outside of the Tiact system. to further fuel the Suons’ war engine. They even got a bit of outside help who similarly wanted to make the tyrant fall. Seeing the success of the rebellions, more formed. Even some of their own military was turned against them. Due to this, the rebels are now well equipped. The rebellions were pro-suons, because they promised freedom and equality, and proven this ideology during their history. They also wanted everyday life to involve the superior technology of the suons. As such, the suons managed to expand their reach so much that they would take over a number of star systems outside the Tiact system and eventually launch assaults on cela, the saelians Homeworld.
