Uraguy - Class Fleet Carrier

A bioship engineered by the Unified Arkan Council (a star nation of the Hyperion Federation) to provide a highly versatile, high firepower and long range force to other HF units.
Although larger than a Proton - Class Micro Carrier, and smaller than a Hyperion - Class Worldship Carrier, it provides an effective midway point between the two. Unlike the Hyperion, it is designed specifically for military duties, so is more effective for its size. The Uraguy class features 6 large organs that can carry a number of smaller, single-cellular fighter craft-like bioships. These can exploit Graviton Wave Refraction to achieve FTL , and are crewed by Harkas. Like other bioships, they require the harkas hivemind to operate. However, the fighters only take a crew of 1 individual. This is due to the incredible autonomy of biological organisms compared to mechanical starships. Unless hit, they require little maintenance outside of food. A simlar effect also applies to the carrier and virtually all bioships.
The Uraguy class's crew compartment is also by far the best armoued organ of the entire bioship, similar to most other bioships. This is to protect the crew from enemy fire, and every other organ has multiple redundant copies. The interior of the crew compartment has a number of bioluminescent organs to allow the crew to see. However, the Uraguy - class is intended to remain far behind allied lines, so it is highly unlikely that it ever has to take hits. As such, it has been designed with light armour to save on mass, making it faster and easier to respond to situations.
The carrier also had a number of weapons on itself mainly to protect itself against anything that does come close. These were each piloted by one Harkas from within the crew compartment organ. The weapons often made use of laser based weapons but others fired gyroscope-lke organisms that would endlessly chase down the enemy targer regardless of ewar. Both were commonly used as CIWS. Furthermore, the carrier is also equipped with a relatively large ewar suite, also used by a number of harkas from the crew compartment. These smaller weapons had their own brains designed to react extremely quickly to changing situations and use their weapons with an extreme degree of accuracy that would rival that of mechanical ships. Harkas brains are not designed to do that, so gunners would just decide on what the weapons should target, and then the weapons would figure out a way to target the object.
