Sinrilars
Planet that became a large colony of the Yunkad Coalition, located in the Ilioneus Galaxy.
The yunkads have seeded a lot of biomechanical life on Sinrilars in order to bring the conditions very close to their own homeworld. The biomechanical life has spread across the world rapidly with high reproduction rates. As such, the planet was inexpensive to terraform and populate. Replicator nanobots were used to construct large cities. This world was within the borders of the yunkad coalition and had a measure of valuable materials, like most planets. Its habitable nature makes it easy to support a large population on the planet with little terraforming requirement.
The HEX Mainframe attempted to destroy it by deploying a grey goo nanobot swarm. It got to a decent volume until the Federation noticed it. They took immediate action, using their own nanobots to compete with and destroy the HEX ones. The HM nanobots have managed to destroy an amount of infrastructure and kill a large number of yunkads.
The HF nanobots can make use of QEN technology to massively improve the efficiency of their nanobots.
Despite the larger initial quantity of HEX nanobots, the HF ones managed to expand faster than their HEX counterparts, outgrow and destroy them. The HM attacked Sinrilars because it seemed highly valuable to them. After the war, though, the HF attempted repairs on the planets infrastructure, building more nanobot storages to have a much larger head start in any more potential future wars withi the HM, should they try to destroy the world in this way again. Sinrilars has nearly become a fortress, with a huge amout of defences. The HF has been made alert to potential HM interference after the nanobot battle. Sinrilars is one of the largest and most important planets to the Yunkad Coalition due to its sheer population and production output. Of particular interest is the core extraction operation which they can safely extract a massive amount of materials. They are very careful as to not destroy their planet by accident with this mining operation. They also placed a number of miniature nanobot detectors at this depth in order to warn HF forces if an enemy places more nanobots on their planet in the future.
