Null Hyperion Federation

The Void version of the Hyperion Federation.
The Null Hyperion Federation technology is considerably ahead of their regular counterparts. This is because of their interactions with Null Xadia, where they acquired archaeotech, magitech and a new understanding of the universe. Like the regular HF, the nHF values science and technology, and their population is small compared to other factions around. However, this time they have the Xadia Ancients for allies so despite being immensely outnumbered, they can still stand up to near constant alien invasion.
In return, the nHF makes up for the non-increasing population of the Xadia, so both factions play important roles in the defence of the other. The nHF is in possession of a extremely small number of Scattershapes which they have studied extensively. As of current times, they also have Φ High-Energy Technology, allowing them to use handheld Matter Manipulators, Nicoll - Dyson Gigascale Starships and Gluon Cannons.
Also, since death is only tempoary in the void, they are less worried about it. They still do understand that death still costs them a lot of time, often when one dies in war, they only come back after the war. Therefore it is still very important to reduce casulties in battle, especially when up against the Rikavi who can almost immediately revive their people.
