Nu Paqralor II

A planet orbiting the Nu Paqralor System's neutron star, which is not owned by any faction.
The planet has a more significant magnetosphere than that of other planets in the system. This causes it to capture more of the nebula that constantly moves towards the neutron star and the surface is less effected by it. Still, it has a thin atmosphere due to any gas that does reach the surface through the magnetosphere. This planet is very cold like those orbiting similar neutron stars, and also very dark. Additionally, the magnetosphere of this planet interacts with that of the neutron star, sometimes producing a noticeable attractive force towards the neutron star (other than gravity) if the dipoles line up well and sometimes even a repulsive force (gravity exceeds this), which makes its orbit less stable and more difficult to calculate but it is less likely to fall into the neutron star soon than other planets in the system due to gaining orbital energy from the neutron stars magnetosphere. This has led to a small reduction on the strength of the neutron stars magnetosphere.
The scientific value of this planet would be significant, but is not actively researched. The HF breifly researched it several times as they deployed probes to various alien worlds in the Fortrais cluster, but there is not usually a drone in this star system. Many other factions have studied it to a lesser extend, many simply just mapping its orbit. Those probes have a lot of star systems to explore in the NGC 815 galaxy.
