Kaon - Class Flying Disc

The Kaon - class is a very large Flying Disc. It was a cooperative project between the Saelian Coalition, Union of Sentient Robots and United Nations of Tebburus.
As such, it is fitted with a large amount of advanced technology, several Antimatter drives, ZPE and the capability for a Sentient Robot to become a shipwide AI.
The disc itself features many large weapons in High Energy Turret Hardpoints. Most of these are mounted on the bottom. For a secondary / CIWS armament, similar turret hardpoints are placed through the disc, often used by photon cannons such as the Oblivion Assault Gun. It also has a gravity lift in the center to allow deployment of a small land based squad or perhaps an armoure force.
The disc is also fitted with a warp drive and is capable of ftl on it's own. Also has Electromagnetic Decoy Guns to fool enemy gunners.
The disc serves mostly an artillery bombardment role by using the large weapons. It has a very large profile due to its large radius required to mount weapons of this size. The enemy can see it from anywhere that is on the same planetary hemisphere and will likely try to destroy it because it is a valuable target.
The shield of the craft has an average strength however and its armour weak. As such, many escorts usually surround the Kaon class.
