Analysist
A Sentient Robot Pioneer of the Hyperion Federation.
Analysist was tasked with exploring a newly formed natural wormhole found by the HSA. Analysist was sent to explore without a pioneering starship, but was instead provided a shuttle. Although the wormhole led to an alternate universe, it decayed shortly after Analysist was sent through.
Now without a Quantum Entanglement Communicator QEC reading and no way back home, Analysist attempts to find a way back to the HF universe. Furthermore, his shuttle faced power shortages, eventually running out of fuel. It had to navigate to the nearest planet, which was a habitable planet, and then teleport down to find a suitable energy / antimatter source. However, none were found.
Instead, the pioneer discovers an alternate universe variant of the HEX Mainframe - machines which will stop at nothing to destroy Analysist. This alternate universe version of the HM destroyed the sentient robots shuttle - Analysist now relies on its multitool to construct a micro - civilization strong enough to build a new shuttle and create a new wormhole back.
Despite the troubles, it comes up with a plan: to hopefully build a number of Dyson Spheres to obtain the energy while also fighting off the HM attacks - a task that is impossible to achieve alone. It relies on automation and mass production, initially laying low while it cannot fight large numbers of robots. As the scale increases, and the various techprints are repaired by virtual universe testing (they were corrupted when the shuttle ran out of power), more and better defensive turrets are placed.
Analysist has already fought off a number of HM drones, knowing their attack forces will only get larger. The HM starships seem to not know Analysist is there - despite the forces on that planet knowing. So far, it has found no sign of any alternate universe HF.
Long after, Analysist's base has grown substantially, now covering about 1 tenth of the planet. It begins to mobilise and go on the offensive in attempts to destroy one of the two HM bases. Analysist expands its power grid and builds a very powerful type of missile that is capable of hitting targets at very large distances. This was one of the ealiest designs of large cruise missiles by the HF - however, Analyst does not have acess to far more powerful Photon Missiles.
Recognising that it doesnt have as significant a technological advantage, Analyst instead employs far more massed use of these missiles. It was an inefficient way of doing it, but for now, necessary.
The cruise missiles, however, do not have intercontinental range. Analysist was forced to move outside its well defended base to place the missile launchers closer to the HM hive. It set up conveyor and power lines all the way to the launchers, the conveyors carrying ammunition. It had a very large supply of missiles to use, but despite this, quickly found out it would need more.
Before it ran out of missiles, it made the daring move to move closer to the HM base in order to target its core. The HM response was relentless as they constantly went on the offensive. Despite several turrets running out of missiles completely, this move was sucessful. After the core was destroyed, the various HM defencive turrets powered down, leading Analyst to easily destroy any remaining forces.
